90th Anniversary Gala

90th Anniversary Gala

Come join us to celebrate our Club’s 90th year Gala on Saturday, 28th October!

The South Australian Bridge Association was formed in 1933 with a small group of members, and it moved around to several different venues in the city until, in 1971, our current premises was bought.

The annex was built in the late 70s, and the lounge and bar area in the front was added in the 90s.

Having weathered the trials of COVID, it seems fitting to celebrate our 90 years.

90thANNIVERSARY GALA on Saturday 28th October

This is close to the date that the association was first formed.

The Silent Auction will be finalised at the 90th Anniversary Dinner on 28th October, if you are not attending the dinner, you can still bid for a player of your choice by nominating one of your friends who will be at the dinner as your proxy to place the bids and make the payment on your behalf.

What will you get if you are a successful bidder?

Successful bidders will play with their bridge expert in a game of pairs on Monday evening 13 November (a few players may be involved in the Australian Open Teams selection, so will need to play on a different day).
