Reserved Seating Policy
As the average age of our club membership continues to increase, it has become necessary to address the growing demand for N-S seating, particularly among those who require it the most.
To ensure fairness and equal opportunity for all, we do not accept permanent reservation for N-S seating, and do not encourage friends to reserve seats for other players who arrive later. We understand that some days may witness a higher demand for N-S seating than the available supply, especially when graded sections come into play.
In line with our club’s policy, individuals in need of N-S reserved seating must present a medical certificate to the club office. To request a reserved seat, members must call the club office at least one hour before the start of the game on the day of the session. By following this procedure, we will be able to reserve a N-S seat with your name on it, ensuring that those who genuinely require it can benefit from the arrangement. While we will do our best, please note that we cannot guarantee a reserved seat 100% of the time.
We kindly request the cooperation of able-bodied individuals who may be seated in the N-S area. In certain circumstances, we may approach you to vacate your seats to accommodate a member or guest with specific age, health, or medical needs. Your understanding and support in these situations are greatly appreciated. Please be considerate and assist our directors and staff should the need arise.
Our club staff are well aware of our members’ individual circumstances before granting N-S seat reservations. We kindly request that you refrain from judging a book by its cover and trust that our decisions are based on the genuine needs of our members.
Thank you for your attention and understanding. By adhering to the policy and guidelines, we can ensure that N-S seating is allocated appropriately and that our club remains inclusive and accessible for all members.
